Sabrina Montoya specializes in corporate, marine and aviation law; insurance; and corporate restructuring, insolvency and liquidation. 

She counsels Peruvian and foreign companies on corporate, commercial and contractual matters related to the start-up, continuation, expansion and exit of local operations. 

In the insurance sector, Sabrina provides advice to insurance and reinsurance companies, intermediaries, brokers, and policyholders on regulatory, civil, contractual, and corporate matters. She also assists in the management and coverage of claims related to property damage, civil liability, accidents, among others, in various industrial sectors. 

In aviation, she assists aircraft owners, lessors and financial institutions in transactions relating to the acquisition, sale, use and finance of aircraft for the main regional carriers. She also advises air carriers on civil aviation, regulatory and corporate matters for the commercial and private transport of passengers and cargo. 

Sabrina was part of the corporate litigation team at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP in New York (2010) and currently teaches Corporate Law at Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola (USIL).
