Víctor León Chiri specializes in financing, project financing, mergers & acquisitions, securities market and corporate law.
He counsels on M&A operations, financing, project financing, securities market transactions and advice on corporate reorganizations, projects and construction.
Víctor has advised financial institutions, arrangers, investors, debtors, issuers and multilateral organizations. He also advises clients on corporate and commercial matters in general, as well as on financial systems and securities market regulations.
He has been an international associate at Milbank LLP in New York (2018-2019) and at Mijares, Angoitia, Cortés y Fuentes in Mexico City (2018), working in project finance, finance, capital markets and M&A transactions.
Víctor has been assistant professor of the Project Finance course in the Master of Banking and Finance Law (2020-2021) and of the courses of Corporations (2016-2017) and Law of Free Competition (2012) at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP).
