On February 4, Legislative Decree No. 1716 was published, which incorporated Article 5-E and amended Article 5-A of the Criminal Tax Law, penalizing the falsification and presentation to SUNAT of SPOT (Detractions) deposit certificates, and the inclusion of false information in the RUC for the issuance of payment vouchers, referral guides, and credit and/or debit notes.
