COMPLIANCE IN PUBLIC BIDDING: CONSIDERATIONS REGARDING THE AMENDMENT TO THE REGULATIONS OF THE GENERAL LAW ON PUBLIC PROCUREMENT
On January 8, 2026, Supreme Decree No. 001-2026-EF was published, amending the Regulations of the General Law on Public Procurement (hereinafter, “the Regulations”). Among the main changes, a new requirement is established for reducing the administrative penalty when, in a bid for a public tender, the submission of false or inaccurate documentation by the bidder is identified.
