SANIPES ESTABLISHES THE OBLIGATION TO NOTIFY ADMINISTRATIVE ACTS AND PROCEDURES IN PROCEDURES OR IN THE PROVISION OF SERVICES VIA ELECTRONIC MAILBOX
By means of Supreme Decree No. 019-2025-PRODUCE, published on October 1, 2025, the obligation to notify via electronic mailbox of administrative acts or actions carried out in administrative procedures, or services provided exclusively or other related services that must be notified by the National Authority for Health and Safety in Fisheries and Aquaculture (SANIPES) was approved, and the SANIPES Electronic Notification System was created.
Administrative acts or administrative actions carried out in administrative proceedings or services provided on an exclusive basis are understood to be those issued within the framework of Law No. 27444.
This electronic notification system is being progressively adopted and integrated into the Peruvian Government's Single Electronic Mailbox Platform (CASILLA ÚNICA PERÚ), the National Digital Identity Identification and Authentication Platform (ID GOB.PE) and with the basic blocks for technical interoperability, in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 1412, which approves the Digital Government Law and its regulatory standards.
The Decree shall enter into force 90 calendar days after its publication, during which time SANIPES must implement the electronic notification system.
