Not everything is as it seems: constitutional review through amparo against fraudulent arbitrations

Our associate Gian Piero Pierantoni, in co-authorship with Gianluca Pierantoni, has been published in Issue 88 of THĒMIS – Law Review, dedicated to constitutional law. This article analyzes the possibility of filing an amparo action prior to the issuance of the arbitral award in cases of fraudulent arbitrations, considering the limits of judicial intervention and the mechanisms for protection against proceedings lacking arbitral basis, as well as their implications for the Peruvian arbitration system.
