The General Law on Public Contracting, Law No. 32069, and its Regulations, approved by Supreme Decree No. 009-2025-EF, enter into force on April 22, 2025.
However, not all the provisions contemplated in these regulatory bodies will be applicable as of said date.
Indeed, since some provisions require the development, implementation or integration of digital or IT tools and platforms, the LGCP itself has provided for a deferred effectiveness for certain rules, as detailed in the table below:
