Alejandro Tafur specializes in corporate, civil and commercial law.
He advises domestic and foreign companies on corporate, commercial and civil matters, such as the preparation of contracts and other legal documents for the establishment and development of businesses in Peru. In addition, he provides advice in arbitration related to corporate, commercial and investment matters, both national and international.
Alejandro has been an assistant professor of Real Estate Law and Corporate Law, both at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP).
