Alejandro Tafur specializes in civil, corporate, commercial, and arbitration law.
He provides comprehensive legal counsel to companies and investors on corporate, commercial, and civil law matters. He is involved in the structuring and drafting of contracts and other legal documents for the establishment and development of businesses in Peru.
In addition, he advises clients on the legal assessment of civil, corporate, and commercial disputes. He has experience in arbitration proceedings involving corporate, commercial, and investment matters, both domestic and international.
Alejandro completed an internship at the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) in Washington, D.C. (2026). He has also served on the Board of Directors and is a member of the Georgetown International Arbitration Society.
He has served as a teaching assistant for the Property Law course and as an adjunct instructor for the Corporations course at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP).
