Andrés Hundskopf is a member of our Corporate and Commercial practice group. He specializes in corporate and contractual matters, as well as in protection mechanism of foreign investments in Peru.
He provides comprehensive advice to national and international companies on corporate, commercial and contractual matters. He is an expert in designing and implementing legal structures for the establishment, development, reorganization and closing of businesses in Peru. He participates permanently in corporate governance consultancies and provides advice on corporate conflicts.
Likewise, Andrés advises on matters related to the protection of foreign investment in Peru.
He has been Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Editor of DERUP Editors Association – FORSETI Law Magazine (2014). He also teaches the Corporate Law Seminar course at Universidad del Pacífico (UP).
