Ariana Pérez-Martinot specializes in corporate, commercial, and tax law, with experience in the structuring and implementation of corporate reorganizations.
She advises national and international companies on corporate, commercial, and contractual matters, including the incorporation of companies and the implementation of corporate reorganization processes.
Ariana advises on the design of legal structures for the establishment, development, and expansion of businesses in Peru, as well as individuals and legal entities, both domestic and foreign.
She has experience in tax consulting, including the analysis of the tax implications of business transactions and corporate structures for Income Tax, VAT, Excise Tax, and municipal taxes. Likewise, she participates in tax due diligence processes and advises on transactions involving resident and non-resident taxpayer.
