Carlos Diaz specializes in civil, commercial, contentious-administrative, constitutional and arbitration proceedings.
He advises on the design of strategies, implementation and sponsorship of arbitration, contentious-administrative proceedings, as well as in the resolution of civil, commercial and constitutional disputes.
Carlos has been a teaching assistant for the courses on Legal Acts and Contracts at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (2014-I and 2014-II), and teaching assistant for the course in Judicial Law at the Universidad de Lima (2015-I). He is Head of Practice of the course Introduction to Procedural Law at the University of Lima from 2021 to date.
