Her practice focuses on cross-border transactions, the application of double taxation treaties, and efficient tax structuring of transactions.

She advises on the analysis and design of tax structures related to mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and asset acquisitions.

Cristina has experience in tax inspections and audits, as well as in representing clients in tax litigation proceedings before the Tax Administration. She provides tax consulting services to companies in the financial, retail, agricultural, and technology sectors.

Likewise, she has led teams in the execution of tax due diligence in acquisition and merger processes, providing a comprehensive vision for the identification and mitigation of tax risks in complex operations.
