Danae Ramos specializes in corporate, civil, and commercial law.
She provides legal counsel to domestic and foreign companies and investors on corporate, commercial, and contractual matters, as well as on civil property law.
Danae has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Themis Civil Association, as well as general editor of THEMIS – Journal of Law (2023), assuming responsibilities for editorial planning and academic publication.
She has worked as a teaching assistant in the courses of Private International Law, Institutions of Private Law, Public International Law, and Evidence Theory at the Faculty of Law of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP).
