Daniela Supo specializes in consumer protection, unfair competition, intellectual property and life sciences.
She provides specialized advice in the design and execution of litigation strategies, and represents clients in a wide variety of administrative proceedings related to consumer protection, unfair competition and intellectual property.
Daniela provides comprehensive consulting services to foreign and domestic clients in the management of complaints, claims, product recalls and conciliations in consumer protection matters. She assists companies in the management and defense of their rights over trademarks, patents and copyrights, coordinating the planning and execution of strategies for the protection of intellectual property.
She is an expert in the implementation of compliance programs in the areas of consumer protection, advertising and unfair competition. She also advises in the preparation and review of consumer contracts and labeling of regulated products, as well as in the review of advertising material projects and commercial strategies, in order to verify that they comply with the rules of commercial advertising and unfair competition.
Daniela has been a legal assistant in the Specialized Chamber on Consumer Protection and in the Specialized Chamber on Intellectual Property of the Court of the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and Protection of Intellectual Property (INDECOPI, 2018).
She has been recognized as Rising Star of the Year in Intellectual Property by Women in Business Law (2025).
