Esther specializes in domestic and international commercial arbitration, investment arbitration, and civil contract law.
Her professional practice focuses on representing clients in arbitration proceedings, as well as providing legal advisory services related to the analysis of arbitration and contractual disputes.
Esther has participated in domestic and international arbitrations administered by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA), the Lima Chamber of Commerce (CCL), the American Chamber of Commerce of Peru (AmCham Peru), and the Center for Analysis and Conflict Resolution of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (CARC PUCP), among others. Her experience includes disputes related to the construction, hydrocarbons, mining, energy, and retail sectors.
In addition, she currently serves as a teaching assistant for the course Integration Seminar in Procedural Strategy and Oral Litigation at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP).
