Fernanda specializes in arbitration and judicial litigation. 

Her professional practice focuses on arbitrations administered by institutions such as the Lima Chamber of Commerce (CCL), the American Chamber of Commerce of Peru (AmCham), and the CARC PUCP, as well as ad hoc arbitrations under UNCITRAL rules. She specializes in civil arbitrations, as well as those related to regulated sectors such as energy, hydrocarbons, and telecommunications. 

She has experience in judicial proceedings, especially in proceedings related to the enforcement and annulment of awards before the Judiciary. 

Fernanda is currently assistant professor in the Legal Act and Special Contracts courses at Universidad del Pacífico (UP).
