He counsels on corporate financing, economic and financial restructuring, bankruptcy proceedings and administrative procedures.
Gaspar assists clients in the negotiation and execution of corporate financings and private or bankruptcy liquidation of companies, as well as in restructuring and insolvency proceedings, both public and private. During his career he has participated in some of the most relevant corporate restructuring processes in the country.
He has been an executive in the commission of bankruptcy procedures of the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property (INDECOPI).
