Ítalo Carrano specializes in arbitration, infrastructure, mergers & acquisitions, and project finance.
He counsels on concessions, public-private partnerships and infrastructure works development. His work has been focused on projects legal management, from qualification to execution, including negotiating construction and supply contracts.
Ítalo has participated in financing and issuance of project-related securities, and in arbitration processes (local and international) related to the execution of investment contracts, concession contracts, legal stability agreements, and international investment protection agreements.
