Jack Zapata specializes on alternative dispute resolution methods, as well as giving legal advice in construction law matters. 

His practice is focused on preparation of construction contracts (EPC, EPCM, ECM), and in the contract management of infrastructure projects executed under standardized contracts models, such as FIDIC and NEC. 

He provides legal advice in alternative dispute resolution methods related to construction contracts such as arbitration and dispute boards, and conciliations. He also provides preventive advise on potentially litigious matters. 

Additionally, Jack develops and executes legal strategies related to construction disputes, such as term extensions, consequences arising from the disruption of construction sequences, contractual resolution, among others.
