Jesús Bautista specializes in judicial litigation, with an emphasis on constitutional, civil, and administrative litigation proceedings.
He counsels on judicial and arbitration processes. He has extensive experience in the design of procedural defenses and legal strategies in judicial and arbitration processes.
Jesús is a professor at the Universidad San Martín de Porres (USMP). He has also been assistant professor in Civil Procedure Law and Property Law at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. Additionally, he was in charge of internships of the Civil Procedure Law course at the Universidad de Lima (UL).
He has published articles on constitutional law, civil procedural law, and property rights in various specialized journals.
