Kevin Villanueva specializes in prevention, management and resolution of civil, commercial and public procurement disputes, with solid experience in national and international arbitration. 

His practice includes civil, commercial, public works, tax works, public-private partnerships and asset-based projects, as well as international arbitrations related to construction, all-risk insurance and investments. 

He has more than seven years of experience at Garrigues Peru, a Spanish international law firm, where he also completed a secondment in the International Arbitration team at Garrigues Madrid. This experience, together with his training and track record in civil litigation, allows him to offer a comprehensive vision on the conduct of complex arbitrations. 

Kevin has been head of practices of the Civil Procedural Law course at the Universidad de Lima (UL), as well as adjunct professor and assistant professor at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) in courses such as Contracts, Process Application, and Preliminary and Differentiated Protection. 

Likewise, he is the author of specialized publications on arbitration and civil law, and has been a speaker at various academic and professional events related to arbitration, public procurement and dispute resolution.
