Lucía Rodrigo specializes in estate planning, personal taxation, and tax consulting for the business sector.
She provides specialized legal advice to individuals and companies in the design and implementation of legal structures for the organization, protection, and transfer of their local and international assets, ensuring compliance with current regulations. She has extensive experience in estate planning, succession planning, asset protection, and international taxation. Likewise, she actively participates in the drafting of shareholder agreements, family protocols, and asset structures.
In 2019, Lucía received the award for Best Grade Point Average in the 100-year history of the Law School of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP).
She worked for two years in the arbitration and international disputes team at the New York office of Debevoise & Plimpton LLP.
Lucía has been a teaching assistant for the courses on Public Limited Companies (2020), Civil Law and Civil Procedure Seminar (2020), and Property, Institutional Design, and Social Justice (2020) at the same university, where she was also a teaching assistant for the course Property Rights (2014-2015).
