Luis Mena specializes in civil, commercial, constitutional and administrative-contentious litigation.
He provides advice and representation to domestic and international clients in the resolution of disputes before the judiciary and arbitration tribunals. His practice focuses on the design and implementation of judicial and arbitration defense strategies, as well as the negotiation of alternative solutions.
Luis has experience in complex disputes in the mining, energy, banking and finance, telecommunications, transportation, oil and gas, fishery, infrastructure, and concessions sectors, among others.
He has been an adjunct professor for the course "Justice System and Constitutional Foundations of the Process" at the Faculty of Law of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP).
