María Victoria Villanueva specializes in civil litigation with emphasis on constitutional and administrative-contested processes. 

She advises on the implementation of procedural strategies aligned with the interests of companies and represents their defense in legal proceedings involving the State. 

María Victoria has extensive experience in constitutional, tax, and administrative law disputes.
