Michael specializes in arbitration, public procurement, and construction law, with experience in disputes related to infrastructure projects.
His practice focuses on arbitration, Dispute Boards, public procurement, and contract management under the NEC and FIDIC standards.
He advises companies in the construction and infrastructure sectors on the management of claims and contractual risks, as well as the prevention and resolution of disputes. He has participated in the preparation of early warnings, compensation events, and submissions, as well as the development of strategies and representation before Dispute Adjudication Boards (DABs) and arbitral tribunals.
Michael is also a lecturer on matters within his areas of practice.
