Nicolás Alarcón specializes in civil litigation and arbitration. 

He has experience in arbitrations settled by the International Chamber of Commerce, the Arbitration Center of the Lima Chamber of Commerce (CCL), the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) as well as those conducted under the arbitration rules of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL). 

Likewise, Nicolás represents clients in investment arbitration, international or domestic commercial arbitration, as well as related civil litigation proceedings. 

He has been an intern at the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).
