Her practice focuses on the structuring of local and international financing transactions, including those carried out through capital markets, syndicated loans, or trade finance. She advises both Peruvian and foreign banks —acting as arrangers or lenders— as well as companies —as borrowers or issuers—.

She also advises various local and foreign entities, such as banks, fund management companies, insurance companies, clearing houses, and Fintech companies, on regulatory matters related to their activities in Peru.

She was an associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP in New York, where she participated in financing and capital markets transactions in Peru, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, and Brazil. She has also been a professor of Corporate Law at the Law School of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP).

She is recognized by Chambers & Partners as one of the leading lawyers in Capital Markets (Band 1) and Fintech (Band 1), and by Legal 500 as a Leading Partner in Capital Markets. She is also ranked as a Highly Regarded Practitioner by the International Financial Law Review.
