She specializes in the design, structuring, and negotiation of a wide range of financing operations, including public and private securities offerings, syndicated loans, trade finance, and derivatives. 

Her practice focuses on structuring local and international financing transactions, primarily through capital markets operations. She represents both Peruvian and foreign banks —as arrangers or lenders—as well as companies—as borrowers or issuers. 

She also advises local and international entities —including banks, foreign investment fund managers, insurance companies, clearinghouses, and FinTech companies— on regulatory matters related to their operations in Peru. 

She was an associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP in New York, where she participated in financing and capital markets transactions involving Peru, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico and Brazil. She has also taught Corporate Law at the Faculty of Law of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP).
