Paul Nina specializes in transfer pricing, international taxation and tax litigation. 

He has extensive experience in the taxation of intragroup transactions, with an emphasis on the legal treatment of transfer pricing, intragroup services, application of Double Taxation Agreements, and anti-avoidance regulations. 

Paul regularly advises companies in the retail, technology and industrial sectors. 

He provides advice at all stages of the tax process, from planning and risk review of tax structures to defense in litigation before the National Superintendency of Customs and Tax Administration (SUNAT), the Tax Court, and the Judiciary. He also specializes in constitutional tax matters. 

Paul won second place in the International Research Award of the Latin American Regional Committee of the International Fiscal Association (2024). In addition, he has published articles in specialized journals in Peru and abroad.
