Raul Zuñiga specializes in national and international arbitration and domestic litigation. 

His practice focuses on the formulation and execution of strategies for the resolution of disputes in arbitrations administered under the regulations of the International Chamber of Commerce (CCI), the Lima Chamber of Commerce (CCL), the American Chamber of Commerce of Peru (AmCham Peru), among others.  

He has advised clients on complex corporate and corporate disputes, including disputes arising from mergers and acquisitions, as well as disputes arising from commercial, real estate, sports, investment, construction, telecommunications, and financing agreements. 

Raul has published articles related to contract law and international investment law for Brill Nijhoff and Oxford University Press. He is the author of the Peru chapter in Edward Elgar’s Encyclopedia of Comparative Law.
