Renato Gil specializes in litigation and arbitration.
He counsels on judicial and arbitration processes. Specifically, he designs and implements legal defense strategies, as well as representing clients in administrative-contested, civil, commercial, constitutional and arbitration processes.
He served as an official in the Legal Department of the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property (INDECOPI), where he led the entity's legal defense in various legal and arbitration proceedings. He also served as an advisor to Senior Management and the Board of Directors, and served as technical secretary of its Ethics Committee.
