She provides tax advisory services to local and foreign companies with emphasis on mining taxation.
Sandy advises on auditing procedures initiated by the National Superintendency of Tax Administration (SUNAT) and other tax authorities, contentious tax proceedings before the tax administration and the Tax Court, as well as in contentious-administrative proceedings before the Judiciary.
She has published several specialized articles on tax procedures in academic and professional journals in the sector.
