Santiago Freyre specializes in civil, commercial, constitutional, and administrative dispute resolution, as well as commercial and investment arbitration.
He advises domestic and foreign clients in all stages of the process, from strategy definition and negotiation to representation before arbitration tribunals and the judiciary, as well as in the enforcement of judgments and arbitration awards.
Santiago has solid experience in complex disputes against public and private entities in mining, energy, transportation, telecommunications, infrastructure and concessions, natural resources, banking and insurance, and the securities market.
He has also participated in operations involving the transfer of arbitration awards for recognition and enforcement abroad, providing advice on the structuring and closing of such transactions.
