Sergio Gianotti specializes in dispute resolution, including civil, constitutional, administrative litigation, commercial and investment arbitration. 

He provides advice to domestic and foreign clients in all stages of the conflict, including the definition of strategy, negotiation of alternative solutions, sponsorship before arbitration tribunals and the Judiciary and enforcement of judgments and arbitration awards. 

Sergio has extensive experience in complex disputes against public and private entities in mining, energy, transportation, telecommunications, infrastructure and concessions, natural resources, oil and gas, banking and insurance, public procurement and securities market. 

He has been a visiting member of Covington & Burling’s arbitration team in Washington DC (2023-2024), where he advised clients in international and investment disputes.
