She advises Peruvian and international companies in civil and corporate matters, private contracting and civil liability. Thaisa advises clients on the analysis and legal diagnosis of conflicts related to the conclusion, execution and termination of civil and commercial contracts.
She advises national and foreign companies in the design of legal structures to initiate and/or carry out commercial activities in Peru.
Additionally, Thaisa provides advice on the design of contractual structures for asset management.
