Tulio Tartarini specializes in tax law, with a focus on fiscal planning, corporate tax consulting, tax procedures and transfer pricing. 

He advises companies across various sectors —including industrial, agricultural, pharmaceutical, energy, telecommunications, retail and distribution and services— on national and international taxation issues. 

Tulio is an expert in transfer pricing, adopting a comprehensive approach that encompasses advisory services, preventive reviews, strategic planning and defense in tax litigation. 

He is an active member of the Peruvian Institute of Tax Law (IPDT), where he has been director and part of the Governing Board for four periods: 2013-2015, 2017-2019, 2019-2021 and 2023-2025. He is also an active member of the International Fiscal Association, Peruvian Group. 

Tulio was professor of Tax and Corporate Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) and Universidad del Pacífico (UP). He is a frequent lecturer in academic and business events, both in Peru and abroad, and has published several articles of his specialty.
