Se declaran días no laborables el 14, 15 y 16 de noviembre en Lima Metropolitana y Callao por el APEC
Hoy se publicó el Decreto Supremo N°110-2024-PCM, que declara no laborables para los trabajadores del sector público y privado en Lima Metropolitana y Callao, los días 14, 15 y 16 de noviembre de 2024, por el Foro de Cooperación Económica Asia-Pacífico (APEC).
- Recuperación de horas en el sector privado: Las horas dejadas de laborar se recuperan mediante acuerdo entre el empleador y los trabajadores. A falta de acuerdo, decide el empleador.
- Excepción: Están facultadas para determinar los puestos de trabajo y los trabajadores que continúan laborando, a fin de garantizar la provisión de servicios a la comunidad, las empresas que brindan los servicios siguientes:
- Servicios sanitarios y de salubridad.
- Limpieza y saneamiento.
- Electricidad.
- Agua y desagüe.
- Gas y combustible.
- Sepelios.
- Comunicaciones y telecomunicaciones.
- Transporte, puertos y aeropuertos.
- Seguridad, custodia y vigilancia.
- Traslado de valores.
- Expendio de víveres y alimentos.
- Fines tributarios: El jueves 14 y viernes 15 de noviembre de 2024 son considerados días hábiles para fines tributarios.
