Daniel Francisco specializes in labor law and corporate migration.
He participates in issues related to hiring and termination of national and foreign personnel, social security, labor policies implementation, labor cost reduction, salary planning, and training sessions and audits to review the compliance of labor and migratory regulations.
Daniel counsels on corporate immigration and has extensive experience in obtaining work and family visas, extension and cancellation of residencies, as well as in the regularization of the migrant status of expatriates. He has been certified as a Global Mobility Specialist (GMS-T®) by ERC Worldwide.
Likewise, he teaches the courses of Business Labor Law, Employer’s Powers and Working Conditions, and Foreign Personnel Hiring and Corporate Immigration at ESAN University.
