Mario Pasco specializes in advising companies on labor matters with particular focus on corporate advisory.
He counsels companies on hiring national and foreign personnel, social security matters, labor costs optimization, compensations planning, termination of employment relationships, and collective bargaining, disputes, and workforce reductions.
He formerly served as a trusted secretary of the Constitutional Chamber of the Peruvian Supreme Court. He has also chaired and served on the Labor Committee of the Lima Chamber of Commerce (CCL), where he is currently a director. In addition, he has been part of the Peruvian Employers’ Group delegation to the International Labour Conference of the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the National Labour Council (CNT).
His academic experience includes teaching Collective Labor Law and Labor Law at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC), Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola (USIL), and Universidad del Pacífico (UP).
He has been recognized by Chambers & Partners as one of the best lawyers in the labor field and honored with the Hall of Fame category by Legal 500. He is also listed among the leading professionals in the Lexology Index.
