Eulogio Peña specializes in advising companies on labor matters. 

He focuses his professional practice on the design of strategies for corporate labor proceedings, as well as for constitutional matters, general litigation, and administrative proceedings.  

Eulogio has experience in advising different private companies, both national and foreign, of various economic sectors, in the preparation of remuneration proposals, hiring of workers, dismissal procedures, productive decentralization (labor intermediation and outsourcing of services), and audits to verify compliance with labor obligations, among other matters.  

He is an undergraduate professor at the Universidad de Lima (UL), and at the Graduate and Undergraduate School of the Universidad Científica del Sur (UCS).
