Decision No. 960 establishes a harmonized regulatory framework at the Andean level. Its implementation in Peru will be overseen by SENASA and SANIPES, and it introduces new requirements on good practices, pharmacovigilance, and quality management, generating significant impacts for manufacturers, importers, and other stakeholders in the sector.
