Adriana Chavez specializes in public utilities regulations, TMT (telecommunications, media and technology), privacy and data protection, and energy and infrastructure.
She advises companies on telecommunications, broadcasting and new technologies, including applications, digital content, privacy and data protection. She also assists in compliance with legal, regulatory and contractual provisions in energy and infrastructure matters. Adriana also advises companies on administrative sanctioning procedures and private investment in public utilities and infrastructure for public use, in addition to the prevention and resolution of disputes with regulatory implications.
