Alejandro Manayalle
Specialist in energy, infrastructure and concessions, public-private partnerships, and international arbitration.
An expert in the development of power and infrastructure projects, he has actively advised international companies on the development and regulatory aspects of hydroelectric, solar, and wind power plants totaling over 2GW, as well as high-voltage transmission lines and electricity distribution concessions.
He regularly advises clients on public tenders and bidding processes for infrastructure concessions, as well as on the structuring of public-private partnerships. He has extensive experience in projects involving ports, airports, and railways.
He served as an international associate at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton in New York (2012-2013). Chambers & Partners, IFLR, and Legal 500 recognize him as a specialist in Regulation, Competition, and Transport Infrastructure.
He was a professor of Mining and Energy Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP, 2009-2019).
