Alvaro Alcoser specializes in administrative law, real estate law, and public procurement law.
His practice focuses on the management and development of real estate and infrastructure projects, with an emphasis on title searches, obtaining licenses and authorizations, building regularization, land zoning, as well as urban planning and development processes.
He also provides advice on administrative procedures before public entities, including government procurement processes for the provision of goods and services. In addition, he assists in matters of general administrative law, offering advice on sanctioning and inspection procedures before various administrative authorities.
Alvaro is an honorary member of the Administrative Law Research Workshop (TIDA) at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (UNMSM).
