Ramón Vidurrizaga leads the Firm’s Corporate and Commercial practice. He is a specialist in arbitration, civil law, and civil litigation.
He advises companies on corporate, commercial, and financial matters, as well as on private contracting and arbitration.
He assists companies in commercial and financial transactions. He has participated in bank merger operations and the acquisition of companies as part of the legal team representing foreign entities, structuring legal instruments such as contracts, guarantees, and bond issuances.
He also represents companies in litigation and arbitration related to contractual matters and civil liability.
