Antonino Casas specializes in energy, infrastructure, and concessions law, public services regulation, telecommunications, and dispute resolution related to these sectors.
His practice focuses on energy regulation with emphasis on electricity markets and development of clean technologies. Antonino’s practice also includes the development of projects under various legal mechanisms, including private investment and public-private collaboration schemes, such as Public Private Partnerships, Works for Taxes, Government-to-Government agreements (G2G) and social responsibility actions.
In addition, he provides advisory related to compliance with legal, regulatory and contractual provisions in the matters described above. Antonino also counsels on administrative sanctioning procedures, investment processes and the design of strategies for possible contingencies and new projects.
Currently, Antonino is an associate of ADVOCATUS Magazine, where he served on the Editorial Committee.
