Carlos Quispe specializes in labor law and labor dispute resolution.
His professional practice focuses on resolving labor disputes and designing defense strategies in labor, constitutional, and administrative litigation matters related to employment.
Carlos has served as Chief Judge of the Superior Court of Justice of Lima (2003-2013) and as Deputy Director of the General Directorate for Employment Promotion and Vocational Training of the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion (1999-2003).
He is professor at the Graduate School of Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC) and a public/private arbitrator in the National Registry of Collective Negotiations Arbitrators.
