Crisbeth Vigo specializes in legal advice on labor law and employment matters to national and foreign companies. 

She provides general labor counseling, with emphasis on addressing harassment and violence in the workplace, equal pay and non-discrimination in employment, termination mechanisms, and other social security, occupational safety and health matters.  

Crisbeth participates in sexual harassment investigations, termination proceedings and labor inspections. 

Likewise, she has been an assistant professor of International Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP). She authored several articles of online and printed legal magazines.
