Cyndel Caballero specializes in mining, and environment matters.
Her professional practice focuses on the resolution of consultations related to mining, environmental and prior consultation regulations. Likewise, she assists in the management and obtaining of licenses, authorizations and permits necessary for the implementation of mining projects.
Cyndel provides legal advice to Peruvian and foreign companies on environmental protection, natural resource use and compliance with social commitments. She has extensive experience in the development of defense strategies in administrative disciplinary proceedings before the Environmental Evaluation and Oversight Agency (OEFA), the Supervisory Agency for Investment in Energy and Mining (OSINERGMIN) and the National Water Authority (ANA), as well as in related judicial proceedings.
