She has experience providing legal advice on the planning, drafting, negotiation and administration of contracts related to mining projects and operations. She advises domestic and foreign clients on the structuring of construction contracts and related services.
Her practice includes the negotiation and closing of EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction), operation and maintenance (O&M), design-build, and project management contracts, as well as contracts for the supply of major equipment and materials.
She also has experience in transactional and regulatory aspects of mining projects, and provides comprehensive legal advice to companies in the sector on their domestic and foreign investments, as well as on the management of their projects.
She was a visiting lawyer at Allen & Overy Shearman Sterling LLP in New York (2023–2024).
