Diego Morales specializes in public services regulation, infrastructure and concessions, energy and telecommunications. 

His professional practice focuses on public services and infrastructure regulation, with an emphasis on the energy and sanitation sectors, as well as the resolution of administrative and arbitration disputes related to these sectors. 

Diego has actively participated in the structuring, financing, construction, and operation of projects for the provision of public services. His experience includes the development of projects under various legal mechanisms, such as Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs), Works for Taxes, and social responsibility actions. 

In addition, he was a teaching assistant for the Mining and Energy Law course at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP) during 2020 and 2021.
